2. What are your shipping charges?
For orders of PKR 3000 or above, we provide FREE shipping across Pakistan. We offer standard delivery in the amount of PKR 230 for orders under PKR 3000.
3. How many days does it take for the order to be shipped?
It takes 3-4 working days to ship the order to your doorstep.
4. Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept COD (Cash on Delivery) only but will soon be accepting online payments with Visa, MasterCard, Credit Card, and Debit Card.

6. What is your Exchange Policy?
We make sure that our customers are fully satisfied with the product they receive. You may exchange it only if your product is:
* Unused and the product packaging is not opened
* Purchased within 15 days
* We only exchange if we sent the product in the wrong size or mistakenly the wrong product was sent to you instead of your ordered product.
